From vendor recommendations and logistics to timeline creation and day of execution, my goal is to take the stress out of the planning process and provide couples with calm. organized support from the very beginning through the wedding day.
Planning and photography are separate services to ensure each role receives full attention and care.

This comprehensive package is designed to guide you through every stage of the planning process. From selecting trusted vendors to building a seamless wedding day timeline. I'll assist with budgeting, vendor recommendations and communication, design and logistics, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management.

Guided Planning
For couples who've started planning but want expert guidance to bring everything together.
Usually starting halfway through the process, this package includes support with remaining vendor selections, timeline creation, planning check ins, vendor coordination leading up to the wedding, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management. It's perfect if you've booked some pieces but want professional organization and support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Month Of Coordination
For couples who've planned their wedding but want someone to take over the logistics in the final weeks.
Beginning about 4 weeks before your wedding date, I'll step in to finalize timelines, confirm vendor details, coordinate the rehearsal, and manage the entire wedding day. This allows you to relax knowing every detail is handled and your day will flow effortlessly.

Payment and Booking
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and start the planning process, with the remaining balance split into scheduled payments. Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding.
Travel fee of .70 cents/mile will be applied for weddings outside of Johnson or Natrona County.

From vendor recommendations and timeline creation to logistics and communication, I'll guide you through each step of the planning process with organized, calm support, taking the stress of your plate.

On your wedding day, I handle the timeline, vendors, and behind the scene details so everything runs smoothly and you can fully enjoy celebrating with your people.
